UFC on FOX 18: Anthony Johnson Believes “95% of The Time” he Has a “Good Chance” of Scoring a KO

Anthony Johnson may be facing a powerful wrestler, who has won five straight fights this weekend, but the light-heavyweight’s as confident as ever he can score a knockout.
Johnson will take on Ryan Bader in the headliner for UFC on FOX 18, which will be hosted by Newark’s Prudential Center on Saturday. Recently Johnson spoke to UFC.com about the pivotal match-up, and “Rumble” relayed the following:
“If he wins this fight then he gets a title shot and, if I lose, I don’t get a title shot,” Johnson said. “All I know is that I have to go out there and do my thing. That’s what I’ve been focused on. I just have to go out there and be myself. Of course, I believe I can knock out anybody that I fight. I’m not saying I’ve always been successful, but I believe 95 percent of the time I have a good chance of knocking you out. But I’m not going in there thinking I’m just going to knock him out. I’m going in there and thinking I seriously have to fight this guy and beat him up so I can win. That’s it.”
The 31 year-old Johnson is coming off a stoppage win over Jimi Manuwa in September, after he was submitted by champion Daniel Cormier last May.
